Why Work with Me
My name is Julia and In 2018 I taught myself web design to build a website for my new B&B. I had little budget for marketing, so I had no choice but to go it alone. I taught myself WordPress and proceeded to build 5 different versions of my website before I got it right! I learnt a lot and then started to build websites for friends during the quiet periods of running the B&B. I had already learnt CSS and HTML, so knew how to do customisations, and I just kept learning from designing new sites to fixing and maintaining existing ones.
I closed my B&B in 2023 and now spend my days working full-time on website design and development. I am not an agency and as such I provide dedicated 1-1 support for all my clients, whether it's a website build or a monthly support package. That's what the free audit is for! I'll honestly tell you if your site can be saved with maintenance or if a rebuild makes more financial sense. Sometimes a few tweaks are all you need.
Can I cancel my maintenance plan anytime?
Absolutely. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Give 30 days notice and you're free to cancel. I keep clients because they're happy, not because they're locked in.
Do you work with WooCommerce stores?
Yes! In fact, WooCommerce sites need even more careful maintenance because they handle payments and customer data. My Growth and Pro plans include WooCommerce-specific monitoring.
