Annual plans are invoiced upfront and represent 10 months for the price of 12. Monthly plans are invoiced on a rolling basis. Hosting is an extra £5 per month or £50 per year per site. Some domain prefixes cannot be accepted. Ask us for more information.

What is included in every hosting package?

Every hosting plan includes UK-based servers, an SSL certificate, and a WordPress-optimised environment. You'll get a fast, secure, properly configured home for your website from day one.

What's the difference between Basic and Managed Hosting?

Basic hosting gives your website a reliable, properly configured place to live, but doesn't include updates or monitoring. Managed hosting adds regular WordPress updates and monitoring, so your site is actively looked after rather than simply hosted.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No. All plans run on a flexible monthly or annual basis. If you need to cancel, just give 30 days' notice — no penalties or complicated processes.

Can I host more than one website?

Yes. The Small Business plan covers up to 3 sites and the Business Growth plan covers up to 5. If you need hosting for additional sites beyond your plan, these can be added for £5 per month or £50 per year per site.

Is it cheaper to pay annually?

Yes — annual plans are invoiced upfront and work out as 10 months for the price of 12, saving you two months compared to paying monthly.

Can you migrate my website from my current host?

Yes, I can transfer your website across from your existing provider. There is a one-off £25 admin fee for migrations. Get in touch and I'll let you know what's involved.

What happens to my domain name?

Your domain name is separate from hosting and stays in your control. If you have any questions about pointing your domain to your new hosting, I'm happy to help walk you through it.

Is my website backed up?

Please get in touch to discuss backup options as part of your plan — this can be included depending on your needs.

Who will I be dealing with?

You'll always deal directly with Julia — there are no account managers or support queues. Julia has over seven years of WordPress experience and will already be familiar with your website.
